Preschool

All Saints Catholic School is fortunate to be a part of the Statewide Voluntary Preschool Program. This grant has been obtained from the State of Iowa, with the collaboration of the Davenport Community School District. Due to the funding received from the state, we are able to offer a quality preschool education at a minimal cost to four-year-old families who reside in Iowa – must turn 4 by September 15 to qualify. Five-year-old or out of state children can attend for an additional fee. Parents are required to actively participate in their child’s education by attending conferences and allowing home visits throughout the school year.

Preschool Program Benefits

  • Staff is composed of licensed Early Childhood Teachers with a four year teaching degree and aides with a CDA degree.
  • State approved, research based curriculum in reading, mathematics, and social skills.
  • We maintain a staff to child ratio of 1 to 10.
  • As of 2009, we were certified as a High Quality Preschool Program.
  • Families have the choice of attending a morning session from 8:00-10:30am or an afternoon session from 12:00-2:30pm that meets five days a week.
  • Affordable all day daycare beginning as early as 6:30am and ending as late as 5:30pm.
